Broccoli Casserole

1 stick Butter

1 medium Onion, finely chopped

2 packages frozen chopped Broccoli

12 ounces Cheese Whiz

2 can Cream of Mushroom Soup

½ cup Milk

2 cups prepared Instant Rice

· Saute butter and onion

· Cook and drain broccoli according to package

· In a large bowl stir together all ingredients. Pour into a 9 x 12 baking pan.

· Bake at 350ºfor 45 minutes.
